  • My Venue Already Has An In-House Wedding/Event Coordinator. Why do I need a planner?    Most onsite venue coordinators are unable to devote the time and attention necessary to attend to the details of your wedding. A coordinator at a venue and a wedding planner are two completely different jobs. The venue wedding coordinator is there to serve the venue. A planner is focused on you and dedicated to your wedding vision, and is there solely to make sure that your vision comes to life on your wedding day.

  • Can You Plan/Coordinate Parties Larger Than 200? Yes! I do require an assistant for the day and additional charges will apply.

  • Can I just hire you to only do the day of coordination? The reality is, there is simply no such thing as someone who only comes in the day of and coordinates. Part of what makes your coordinator valuable is that they have a complete understanding of your entire event and all of the things you want and need, this is next to impossible to do in a single day with the quality and detail that we want to execute for our clients.

  • Do You Plan/Coordinate LBGT or Poly Weddings/Unions:  It honestly hurts my heart that anyone even needs to ask this question, with that said, my answer is YES, I absolutely do ! We are in the industry of LOVE! Love is love and I am so happy to help you  make that dream day come true !

  • Do You Plan/ Coordinate Cannabis Weddings :   Again, YES, Absolutely! I only ask that you abide by the rules and policies of the venue you choose (and maybe save the indica for later in the night).

  • Do You Plan/Coordinate Elopements? Yes! I love elopements and I can help you make the day just a memorable with two as I can with 200+ maybe even more !

  • My Venue Requires All Of My Hired/Paid Vendors To Provide Insurance For them to Work On Their Property, Are You Insured? Yes, I carry a standard insurance policy to work on any property for up to 1,000,000. Any additional insurance amount needed would need to be arranged. Please note this only covers Fine Details Events LLC. and its work on property. Some venues may require you to provide event insurance policies which are easily furnished through several vendors I can recommend to you during the planning process.
